Returns and exchanges

You have 14 working days from receipt of your order to return any item with which you are not completely satisfied. To make a return, please download the returns form here and complete it.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, and must be accompanied by all accessories, certificates and booklets.

Please note that products that are incomplete, damaged, worn, dirty, altered or returned in a condition that suggests they have been used will not be exchanged or refunded.
